How to order an IPSTAR home phone service

How can I order an IPSTAR home phone service?

There is 2 ways you can order an IPSTAR Home Phone service, the 1st way is;

  1. Log onto your Customer portal by going to https://nbn.ipstaraustralia.com/ci/index.php/myipstar and entering your login details
  2. Navigate to My Voice in the menu on the left hand side of the page and select Home Phone
  3. Fill out the quick and easy signup form to place your order

The 2nd way is to give our sales team a call on 132 800 to place an order over the phone with one of our awesome sales representatives.
