ISSUE: Service degradation

SEVERITY: Degraded

PERIOD: To be advised


Some IPSTAR customers on the Sky Muster network may be currently experiencing slow speeds due to a service degradation issue. We are working with the NBN to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Currently, we believe approximately 200 customers may be affected by this issue.

Impact: No internet for all LTSS customers.

 

Please be advised that on the 12-8-17 IPSTAR will be conducting emergency maintenance on our Sky Muster network. This work may result in up to 30 minutes of downtime during the hours of 2.00am to 5.00am. During this time we will be upgrading ASR1004 firmware to resolve NATting bug.

Impact : Total loss of connection on Sky Muster services.

 

Please be advised that on the 8-8-17 IPSTAR will be conducting scheduled maintenance on our Sky Muster network. This work may result in up to 1 hour of downtime during the hours of 2.00am to 3.00am. During this time we will be performing upgrades to our Sky Muster network to insure we are able to continue to offer a high level of service to our customers.
